Language Arts:
Answer questions 32-35 in gold Clotee packet.
Math: 15 minutes of Khan Academy
Today in class: In math class we worked at finding two fractions whose sum would be between two given numbers. It was part of page 10 in their text book.
Language Arts; Today we read a little about Clotee. We suspect even more that Mr. Harms is indeed an abolitionist. Also Clotee received a gift from Miz Lilly, a dress that her Mama had made years ago. We also did a scholastic reading inventory today.
Social Studies: We did a worksheet regarding the text we read on Haiti yesterday. We will be having a guest speaker from Haiti sometime soon.
Science: Today students read about heart disease. They read pages 96-101 and completed the section review on page 101. We will be having a test on the circulatory system on Thursday.
